Apparently Dolphin has a fix checksum option in the memory card manager, but it doesnt seem to work. Share with all the other emulator lovers! So before everyone else takes credit for this fix. I’ve searched the internet for a fix all day and I haven’t found any help. Up Vote this and share some love if I helped any of you out! I know how it feels losing your files. Make sure! You’re not loading from your “OneDrive” The obvious answer is yes, but that yields the response that : 'The Memory Card in Slot A has not been formatted and cannot be used as is,' (Fire Emblem) and 'The Memory Card in Slot A cannot be used with this game.' (Wind Waker) I've searched around for fixes to this problem, and people have said to do things like deleting SRAM.raw, which I did. Go load your beloved games and access your saved files!!! Scroll to the bottom where you see Slot A “Memory Card” click the “.” next to this Oki i'll make a back-up just in case then thanks for the help. So if a game trashes it, you can restore that backup. If you copy the memcard file somewhere, you have it backed up. If your desired game is from a different region then pick the memory card file. (03-03-2016, 12:09 PM)helios747 Wrote: Yeah. Or (just click the configure dedicated button which is located next too “graphic and “controllers dedicated buttons) If you have your memory card set to 'Memory Card' in Dolphin the 'GC' folder will contain a file called 'Memor圜' This file contains all of your Gamecube saves for the USA region. In order to play GameCube games on Dolphin without an SD card slot. With DOLPHINE Emulator open click “options on the task bar” then click “configure.” Dolphin is a popular emulator that allows users to play GameCube games on their computer. What happened to me! The other option menu I wasn't looking at (Device setting under Dolphin Configuration) was still using a folder from my C drive where my documents previously was.Hello to all my Nintendo kids as a Nintendo lover I couldn’t help but to share this fix so no one loses there files again!!! Firstly do not format memory card!! While memory card manager had (as it should have) automatically pointed to the new location. I have already played a game where it has saved, so the memory card should be there. What I have read you need to add those save states to the Memor圜 file via the memorycard manager. Or is it not even Memor圜 I'm even suppose to be looking at and maybe something else?Įdit wait I found it. Hello everyone, I'm trying to use Gamecube save states that I found on the internet. If its another options menu where am I suppose to look. but I'm still getting the corrupt memory. Make sure Dolphin is configured to use the correct card.Īnd where would I look to have it look at the memory card? If its the Memory card manager menu then while by default it doesn't show me anything the directory is pointing to the correct folder and when I hit browse Memor圜 is already seen there double clicking it shows me the memory blocks etc. Rather, my guess is that Dolphin cannot find your previous card, and is using a new, blank memory card (which is detected as corrupted because it hasn't yet been formatted).
